Bad service experience in Berlin

I visit her in Berlin Hotel one on Alexander Platz , I came in the room and it was all disaster , she ask to pay ok 150 euro , after that I can use the toillet . after 17 min she say that she is tired and can not be active Top . I was disappointed because I pay for that service. bad for me and never again .
